At Hindi for Kids, we believe language grows through connection, play, stories, and shared experiences.
We aim to help children and families build joyful relationships with Hindi while creating welcoming spaces where language, culture, and community come together naturally.
I believe language grows through stories, play, and community
Hindi for Kids began with a simple goal: to create joyful and meaningful ways for children to connect with Hindi language and culture.
As both an educator and language enthusiast, I saw how powerful stories, music, play, and community experiences can be in helping children connect with a language in a natural and lasting way. I wanted to create spaces where Hindi feels alive, welcoming, and accessible for families growing up between cultures and generations.
I currently work as a STEM Crafts Specialist with the Mountain View Whisman School District, where I design hands-on, creative learning experiences for children. Previously, I volunteered as a Hindi teacher at JCNC (Milpitas), where I saw firsthand how language learning can strengthen cultural identity and community connection across generations.
Through classes, storytimes, enrichment programs, immersion experiences, and educational resources, my goal is to create welcoming spaces where children feel excited to learn Hindi and where families, schools, libraries, and communities can come together through language and culture.
